My Journey
‘I spent years optimising systems and processes. Then I realised the most powerful system to optimise was myself and helping others do the same became my calling.’
My career began in the world of assessing business processes, where I mastered the art of analysing complex systems, identifying inefficiencies, and driving organisational change at scale.
A pivotal moment made me see that behind every system are people their dreams, fears, and
untapped potential. True transformation isn’t about processes; it’s about empowering individuals.
I founded my practice to bridge this gap combining strategic thinking with deep human
understanding. Every client becomes a partner in their own transformation journey.
Now, I focus on four core missions: improving business performance, empowering students, coaching leaders, and advancing women in tech.
Through coaching and speaking, I create spaces where the next generation of tech leaders, experienced leaders, and women in tech can grow, connect, and rise together, breaking barriers and building legacies. Because when one leader succeeds, they open doors for countless others.
Lead as your true self, not a version someone else expects you to be.
Take the risks that others won't. Your boldness inspires change.
Build the mental strength to overcome obstacles and setbacks.
Make your contributions known. Your work deserves recognition.
